Expertise & Experience

Mary qualified as a solicitor in 1992 after completing her apprenticeship in Pierse and  Fitzgibbon Solicitors.  She  then commenced her career with IM Houlihan Solicitors in Ennis Co. Clare  working in their Conveyancing and Probate department.  In 1995, she moved to O’Gorman Solicitors in Limerick working principally in conveyancing  and also in litigation  attending at the  District Court.  She remained in Limerick until 2002 when she returned to Pierse and Fitzgibbon Solicitors to work in their Conveyancing and Probate department. Mary acts for a broad range of clients,  has been involved in large scale commercial transactions and has acquired a substantial expertise in all matters relating to conveyancing.
