Helena qualified as a Solicitor in 2003. Since then has worked in Pierse & Fitzgibbon Solicitors.  Helena have extensive experience in Litigation, both civil and criminal, and Conveyancing.

In civil litigation Helena deals with personal injury actions, equity actions and general litigation.

Helena is the District Court practitioner in the office and deals with cases whether they are being dealt with by way of a plea or indeed by way of contest.  Helena also deals with Criminal trials in other Courts to include the Circuit Criminal Court and the Central Criminal.

Helana has a vast amount of experience in Conveyancing transactions both on behalf of Vendors and Purchasers.
