Expertise & Experience

Aoife works in the firm’s Litigation Department and predominantly in the areas of Family, Employment and Commercial law. She has lectured to students of the Institute of Accountancy Technicians Ireland in the area of Company Law.  Aoife is also a Mediator accredited by the Mediators Institute of Ireland.

Education & Professional

Aoife graduated from the University of Limerick in 2001 with a Bachelor of Law and European Studies (LLB). Aoife spent two years lecturing with the IATI and teaching  French wherein after she joined Pierse & Fitzgibbon Solicitors as a trainee in 2003. Aoife was admitted to the role of solicitors in 2006. Since qualifying, Aoife worked for almost two years in Michael Powell Solicitors in Cork gaining much experience in Family and Commercial Litigation and thereinafter returned to Pierse & Fitzgibbon Solicitors in late 2008.
